    Default radio not working

    ok i got a tacho guage and fitted it today,got my + from the back of radio and earthed the tacho awell,grand.now the + wire from tacho i used were red and yellow-for wen IGN turned on. everything finished and it lights up and looks great altho my radio is DEAD.need help on this please some 1

    did ya blow the fuse in the radio by any chance?ya could have earthed a wire somewhere and blew it

    Nope just change the Fuse man...........Fuses are there to stop Wanking Stuff!

    no fuse at the back ov radio.its surely not in the radio?
    hope its just a blown fuse

    Cud be the Radio fuse in ur Main Fuse Panel.

    where did ya join the wire into the radio wire?there could be a fuse along the wire after that and that could be gone. if its on the wire its prob the long glass one and the fuse in the back the radio is prob a blade one

    Not really, check and see if theres an inline fuse behind the radio. If the wirings a bit butchered or the adapter is loose something could have come loose. Pull the radio out and check for wires on there own or that the adapter is connected properly
