Do you need any other mods to support the cam shafts?? Courius . Like rocker arm stoppers , and all the other bits for the head. I also have the turbo elbow. It's cool as fuck.

No Rico cams are drop in . No springs . No retainers . Cam gears are optional for precision tuning but I didn't bother

They are a great cam . Depending on boost pressures and turbo size you can free up about 20bhp with a tune ..

Yeah the turbo elbow is amazing haha .. You don't realise how big it is till it's in your hand ..

Rocker arm stoppers are a safety/reliability mid for the torture I'm going to give it

    So bita Xmas work done

Ripped off the head on the ps13 and installed my arp studs

Got the head skimmed by Martin treacys . Westward engineering . Wouldn't really trust much else

Started fitting my tomei poncams and using my tomei assembly lube too

Got it all timed up and fitted with the rocker arm stoppers

Here's the start to the manifold . Waiting on nice burr bits for the Dremmel to arrive so I can go at it properly . That was the first dart with the plasma . Gonna remove the walls completly inside to make it single scroll

Also got myself a non hicas rear subframe so I'm gonna get it powder coated and fit it with all kaber performance arms ..

Just a reflection photo . Still needs wet sand I think . But I'm picky

When removing my turbo to do the head the manifold nuts were slightly loose . Now I remembering bulling them on , guess there lost their out of round lock but effect . So got all new ones with some gaskets and also got two oil filters . Genuine filters only will be fitted !

Fitted the z32 fuel filter . Luckily enough . My old one was blocked solid .. Can't stress it enough lads change your filters . These cars are 23 years old . We'll mine is .. My fuel rank is slightly rusty . Might buy a new one as there 400 euro . Which isn't too bad considering I'll get another 20 years out if it ..

    Fitted solid steering bush

How it sits now waiting for my inlet manifold and thermal gasket to arrive

I'm sure I'll get there soon . Plan is finished for japfest 2015

So today's delivery was a Freddy inlet (greddy copy) . A thermal intake manifold gasket and a 3 inch z32 filter adapter so I can pick my my own air filter without bolting it onto the mad ..

I knew the manifolds were shite quality but this one is terrible haha .. It's brutal , how they let them leave the factory like this is beyond me . But I knew this do I have dremmeled heads on the way aswell so I can fix it ..

Where can you go wrong for 90 euro delivered
