What's the condition of the alloys and are they genuine? Staggered?

Pretty much perfect condition, there is a light scuff mark on 1 of them. How do I tell if they are genuine? Here is pics of them..........

Motorsports come with a little ///m logo above one of the wheel nut holes

also have a flush face (no writting) or BMW Motorsport (not Motorsport on its own)

and they'll have a bmw part number on the inside of one of the spokes (bmw logo too I think)
