anyways, took the injectors out yesterday.. had to make a socket to go down over them.. crude but it worked

then stuck them all on this old toy.. Genuine Bosch injector tester from back in the day






what I discovered, the injector in Cyl 1 was slightly different to the others, not leaking as such.. but the spray pattern was more focused, and the opening pressure was odd it partially opened & squirted a tiny jet unlike the other 5 which chuffed mist when touching off the opening pressure

change that now & pull out the injector from another car instead. see what happens at 6000rpm with that changed, could make all the difference.. If not, start looking at my pre pump
