Well dropped the vq13 to stivs yesterday for mapping and decided to go buy something rwd for a bit of craic in the bad weather mx5 fitted the bill lightweight rwd cheap to buy and run best bang for the buck I reckon but just the look of them standard aint so macho but hopefully I will be able to turn that on its head with a few bits .

Anyway the car itself is a 98 mk2 1.8 rs limited edition
16" ssr I think maybe genuine
lightened flywheel 7500 or more rpm limit
lsd
bilstein suspension
car is immaculate underneath
I was very surprised how comfortable I was in it considering im above 6'1"

Have bought a nardi an exedy clutch for it next stop will be wheels and lowering and something like a splitter or bumper or angle grinder to knock the feminine look off the front of it.

Havent had her top off yet its early days dont wanna rush her into it
as for wheels really dont know was thinking about respraying it a dark grey and sticking bronze grids on it the bigger the better but its only an idea to be honest I have no idea what to do Im going at the drift car again after work Im a bit hesitant on spending too much till I hear that running ill relax a bit after that!
