    Default driftworks offset rack spacers

Well lads im looking at the driftworks offset rack spacers, i've thought about moving the rack forward but i want the try and put my s14 through the nct again so the rack spacers seem like the better option.

Is there many on here that use them, and how do ye find them? does it put pressure on the rack and are they worth it? I've japspeed inner and outter tie rods already for extra lock

    cheers

There absolutely shite imo. Bend racks, break em, they also like to come loose. Do a tidy job of moving the rack forward and you'd have no problem with NCT.

they do there job thats one thing
but they move the force of the wheel in a way that can bend the rack and put more pressure on steering rack bushes. After time they can loosen, like an joint on any part of a car that has constant force.
Get the rack moved forward and if there tidy welds an nct wouldn't look twice at it.
loads of people could do it for you aswell like
    DI Motorsport
    Gripfab
    MCNSPORT
    etc
those are a few names that could do it for you im sure theres more but thats a few i can think of atm

Thanks for all the replies lads, I do a good bit of road driving too and everything else is pretty much solid in the car already, I wouldn't want them coming loose on the road, moving the racks forward seems like the safest option, im sure one of the names above can do a tidy factory looking job
    Thanks
