Anyone know much about 1jz clutch?

Have a 1jz with an r154 box. The clutch on it doesnt work properly.
I have adjusted the rod on the box and the rod on the pedal.

When I release the clutch pedal the clutch doesnt bite at all until the pedal is released fully. Also the clutch doesnt feel great.
Anyone know how or why this is? I only had the car out for an hour and it just stopped working all of a sudden.

Could the clutch be gone?
Is there anyone I can get to look at the car and fix it. Its browning me at this stage ha
