    Default converting an e36 318is to m3 running gear what i need?

    well lads, im sick of looking at shit boxs ! an i seen a few people selling full m3 evo running gear, so imn thinking of buying a e36 an converting it to m3 evo running gear, but just wana see what exactly il need first ! i no il need engine box loom ecu rad rad pipes fan prop diff , other than that obvious stuff like brakes, but are the subframes the same or will i need m3 front crossmember? what about rear subframe? is there anything else i missed? cheers lads!

    yes but only have to change if you want. only need a custom prop. but be best to upgrade to a 325 or 328 back axle.

    just buy a rusted m3 up north job done, and swap all over

    ews unit from behind the glovebox - it's synced with the ecu but anyone selling a engine set should know that (I didnt up to recently haha)

    get the big rear diff - I recently sold a full rear axle including brakes, shafts, discs, etc... whole lot 4 nut bolt in job for 380 I'm sure if you looked you could find something like that for similar/less monies... oh and this way you can use an oe prop..

    also get these... http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-39...ement-kit.aspx you can buy em from the dealer - just helps so all that POWA doesnt tear a hole in your boot
