for what bmw? e36 or 46?
coupe or saloon?
you get what you pay for in my opinion.
E46 coupe m3 just wondering had anyone on here bought any specific one off a company because an oem one is big money but there's no point buying a c heap one and having to buy an oem because the cheap one was shite
I've fitted and painted bout 4 or 5 of these for people as far as fiberglass parts go there fairly decent, I usually primer them twice and block them out to get any of the waviness out of the fiberglass if your fussy you want to be doing that especially on a dark color , I've never had any real issues with them bar one lads bubbled up bout a year later ,but turned out he had a heep of wet cloths in the boot and the moisture seeped through the fiberglass
yeah yeah good to hear now to find one trying to find bits a pieces for it very little bits about that arent snapped up quick
There is a genuine one for sale on BMW driver.
€900 though....
Arch Roller for Rent !!!!
PM me for details
Seen that that's serious money though three times the price of a fiberglass one I know the genuine one will last three times longer but still big money for a subtle mod
There was one robbed off a CSL along with its wheels and carbon-airbox recently!
So keep an eye out on donedeal and ebay for that set I suppose
The decent E46 ones are fairly ok, The fiberglass E36 versions of the CSL bootlid are pretty crude though but fine for track cars. The Carbon fiber of both E36 and E46 bootlids for about the 400 mark are pretty decent too.
