Default 300zx calipers fit 180sx hub?

I know its probably been covered before, but will 300zx rear calipers bolt onto a 180sx rear hub, and could I just get a bigger 4 stud disc. Reason being I can get a hold of the calipers handy. Ive bought 4 stud spacers all around, and new pads so I dont want to go changing all 4 hubs to 5 stud and have to buy more spacers.

Well your going to have to get new pads for the 300zx caliper's !!! So you won't be saving anything there. The disk's will fit ok , but you will have to cut the shit out of the dust cover to fit them and drill them to match the 4stud hubs. I'm pretty sure the caliper's should bolt stright up. And you will need the brake lines too.

Well is it possible to get a bigger 4x114.3 disc to fit the calipers? Dont care about the dust covers or getting new pads. Its for a hydraulic handbrake set up, its for a track car so doesnt exactly have to be road legal

i never heard of BIGGER 4x114.3 disc's!!!! besides there singal disc's and not vented like 300zx ones. to use the 300zx cailpers you well need the wider vented ones. on an other topic, if your using a hydro, why are you swaping out the rear?? is the hydro not locking the rear up?

Nope wont lock at all!! Everyone recomends skyline/ 300zx brakes and theyl lock up with little effort. Ive bled the brakes everyway possible with no luck, ive fitted and bled a hydro in a mates is200 and it locks up very well so im sure the set up and bleeding isnt the problem,People reckin the standard 180sx rear calipers are shit for locking up. Hence why I want to do the conversion, so u reckon get the calipers , discs drill the discs to fit the 4 stud hub and it should work? Will the disc fit the centre bore in the 180 hub?

Yep. Done it on bobby C (he's on here) drift car. It's a bit if a stretch with the 180sx brake lines, R32's would be better, I'm guessing 300zx will be ok , but I'm not 100% sure, but you'll find out quick enough.
