Changes to tyre rules?

Have these been released yet, it said 8pm tonight but i can't find them anywhere.

Tyre rule amendment:
We have drafted up changes to the current tyre rules 5:1 and 5:2.

To ensure the Semi Pro class remains competitive, we are increasing the tread wear from 220 to 230.

To ensure the Pro class remains competitive, we are lowering the tread wear limit from 220 to a lower limit yet to be decided. We will also add Dot marked tyres to the current E marked range.

A more detailed list of the rule changes will be posted once complete.
