    Cool

Havent up dated this in quite a bit as iv been away working but iv been gathering parts and its slowly coming together we'll going backwards to go forwards again lol ye will understand

so first off iv been collecting loads of bits
I picked up a japspeed split down pipe had a ss one but just couldn't turn this down when it came up

also picked up a malifold gasket that was just test fitted so that was handy
and another fancy bit I picket up was a small water catch tank witch remover all my water pipes that were going to my throttle body and also leaves me bleed the air from the system
thanks to James (cooldrift) for them bits

got a exedy 3puk clutch off billy driftescort and while I took the box out I got the flywheel skimmed and changed the spigot bearing

well im not to sure if I mentioned that im going external wastegate but yess.... I am and cant wait

    Random office shot

now for the exciting part for me any way decided after all the pricking about I wanted to paint the bay because its going to look to messy for my liking so I searched and searched and ordered paint I reckon it should look quite cool but all feed back is welcomed

some will like and some will hate but fck it is my car lol

also my new wheels are now in with dave I must go collect them as soon as I get home real excited to see how they look

now a pic of how shit I left it before I left home next week so it will be full steam ahead and I plan on having it ready some time this year lol

So have spend the last few nites getn the bay ready for painting engine was fairly handy to take out so that didn't take to long

After de greasing it and washing it I was actually suprised how cheap it was

But non the less the paint was getn stripped and the fun began

Had a few small surface rust patches so they were takin care of and treated

Now left it like this tonight

Small bit more paint to be stripped and just clean it all down and I'm ready for fresh paint must say I'm pritty excited to see the outcome should be pretty cool

While Iv the block out I'm cleaning it all down doing the spigot bearing puting back on clutch and flywheel
Iv finally got my motivation so I hope to have the engine back in by the weekend all going to plan

    GOODIES.............

finally got around to collecting my new wheels this weekend once again thanks to dave in Japanese performance for the great service he runs up there
so heres a pic of my new wheels

Even doh these were my second choice and being unsure about them after seeing them in the flesh think they should really work

also picked up this while I was up there its a dangerous place to be lol

Now this ant a bad view to wake up every morning lol

now the main progress over the weekend was getting my bay done as we stripped the bay back to bare metal delt with all serface rust ect
began with etch primer and seam sealed it also after the first coat of etch primer went down

after that we laid down the primer

now after that was done it was time to put down base black it ended up getting 3 coats of base black

now the exciting part the blue sparkle purle was put down and all I wound was jump with joy literally no joke I was jumping around the place lol
no picture will ever do this colour justice

Now after that it was ready for lacquer but heres the interesting part the paint gets better I added this

And here is the out come

Now il say this again no picture will ever do this justice the colour is just amazing and I couldn't be happier with the out come

Now a huge shout out has to go to my good friend Patrick Murray for doing the paint job man is seriously talented

    And now the fun begins
