    Default SR20 question

Not sure which cams to buy for my new engine.
Its going to be 2.2SR with TD06
Either Brian Crower 264degree 12.06mm lift
Tomei poncams which are 260 11.20

I read on a site with the Brian Crower cams they advise buying uprated springs and retainers but i dont want to go mad money..

    What ye reckon

    400 horses............. 1 jockey

Ya i knew that about the tomei cams alrite, im thinking the BC cams might be too much of an aggressive profile for what i want.

iv heard bc cams are aggresive compared to others alrite but dunno if thats true or not....id go wit the poncams if u only want mild ones cos ur sposed to be able to use standard valve springs wit them an if ya dont wana put upgraded jobbies in they a good option

Ya i reckon ill go the poncam route, want to have the rev range as even as i can get it.
Does anyone know what cams Francis O Shea fitted in the S15? Carpo might?

He's running same turbo as me and can remember him telling me he got mike deane to fit cams to get rid of the lag whatever they were

I will go for a non seeded license alright, not that il be too good for amatuer but ill just go for it balls out for the year, see what happens.

Havent decided who's building or mapping it yet, i pm'd TDP about boring and fitting liners and that id possibly get them to map it aswell but they didnt seem interested.
