a sump from a 1.6 or 1.8 will fill too just to let you know. doesnt have to be an is sump

i have an e30 316i sump here. comes free with the car! cheap chaep car has lightish front end damage (front drivers side corner) has some nct if thats any help

if its an m42 yes deffinatly, is it an early e36?
im not sure about m44s

edit just had a look there, you could use the m44 sump aswell, but it would involve taking off the upper sump of the m42, the m44 is a one piece sump where the m42 is two piece. dont think itd last very long either as there lower. wouldnt be worth the hassle if its a m44.
