this! yeah after the rally if they do days limiting the number of cars you could have a decent tullow style set up!

the main problem is where all the cars that are not on the track wait

the main problem is the noise id say , there is a cinema literally just beside it, even though its fairly empty the whole time , it would still cause a problem

Ya and sure the hotel is jus beside it aswell it's way too built up around there, and far too close to the road! Frank Byrnes yard on the other hand has massive potential, I mentioned it to him before, he'd only love something like that but he's only renting that place, must ask him who owns that estate, be worth a try,
