Well I picked this up few months ago always wanted one so had to buy it


So first thing first gave the engine a good clean before assembly


Got it compression tested put it wasn't turning over fast enough to get a proper reading so we suspected bad starter motor. So I took it out got it tested but all was good but the starter was already apart so it got all new bearings.Turned out it was just a bad earth


So I started putting it all back together




Was going slow being in work nearly 7 days a week and waiting on new gaskets from Japan

Fitted the ecu


The single exhaust that was on the car I took off and picked up this re amemiya twin exhaust I cleaned it up a bit with some paint


Picked up a cusco dash dodger cage and fitted it




Getting closer to get up and running


The alternator look shity so took it apart to clean it up

I also picked this hks t51s turbo external waste gate and mani sure why not haha that's further down the road but

So went to bleed the clutch but the slave cylinder was banjoed so order a new master cylinder and slave cylinder



Fitted the twin exhaust not sitting the way I want at the minute


Got a nice rear diffuser of Dave Egan still have to fit it


Picked these up off donedeal they were in a bad way so I nitromorsed all the lacquer off and started sanding


Started with 240 wet and dry and went up the grades to 1200 this is how they look now


I ordered the centre caps off Japanese performance they don't fit after 8 weeks wait for them I was on to Dave and he has ordered a new set

All back together now

That's it for now still a few bits to do like new water pump new thermostat sort the interior
