Needs a good clean. No holes. Mount s are in good condition, withourt cracks in base.
Missing base seat cushion. New Sparco one can be got for 34 euro from Murrays Motorsport, or even cheaper from fleabay.

Need to sell quickly, if not sold till friday goes on DD and fleabay.
