depends on the car but most people just go for coilovers unless there cheap

180sx...ya they were in my yolk when i got it... putting in coilovers tomorow... be nice to get a few pound back when i go to sell them

Hard to move shocks and springs to be honest I think a mate of mine sold his for 60 euro or there abouts for a s14

I can't even get 50e for a pair of rear ones...... ye might get a sale on a full set though but most just like yourself will want coilovers
