Skyline front breaks, grooved disks all round, new pads front and back also

Car had rust behind the drivers seat but was fixed and passed nct
I was told by the previous owner it had a Bradley engine rebuild, I was it touch with Bradley and he cant confirm what was done
Cant think of anything else at the moment
