RCC S2000 Build

My brother picked this up few week s back

This is how it looked when he bought it...


Some new parts first : tracysports manifold,new coilovers,camber adj,picked up some mint works rezax






Next some major arch work to get the wheels sitting right:
Had to do a fair bit of work to the 2 bumpers to so they match the arch lines

Welded up the petrol cap, ariel,side indicators



Moved the filler into the boot made this overflow tray for it

Wings an 1/4s primered, blocked out then re primered also dolphin glazed so not a ripple in sight





Re fitted the kit properly it now bolts into the wings and spats bolt to the bumper etc just gives it a really tight fit no gaps




Next I'm for paint it's going mini pepper white.

Building up the sides to match the arches

Ill have some finished pics of the bumper tomorrow
Picked up this spoiler I can't remember the name of it ill find out anyway we were looking at it and it just didn't look great were it met the boot so it's getting moulded in


Didn't want to put a load of filler and shite in it so building the boot around it

Ye the spoiler over hangs the boot by bout 1/2 inch so I plated the boot to meet the spoiler that's as far as we've got so fair, there s a few more parts and bits to do including a new roof that's not your usual
