Try the usual suspects, fuel pump, coilpack, coilpack loom, ignitor ect ect ect

Will it drop a cylinder when its idling? Sounds like a coilpack to make sure find what cylinder is missing, just unplug one injector at a time, as you unplug a working coilpack the miss will worsen as the car is now only fireing on 2 cylinders, when you unplug the non working there will be no diffrence, change the suspected faulty coilpack with Another coilpack on the engine, if the missfire changes to the other cylinder then its your coilpack.

I have a similar issue with mine was told its the early signs of a coilpack going, but my earths where a bit shitty too so i cleaned them up and sofar so good.

And stevo thats a scary looking signature!
