What diff for 328i e36?

Aye got stopped at customs should have been cheaper but was still less by far than i could find here in Iereland, cheapest was 300e.

Will_c on here has a 318is diff outa his 325 that I could get, he says it's a 3.36 small case, what would that be like??

328 diff is medium case so small case wouldn't work unless you swap shafts etc, as far as I know anyway...

318is is 3.45 afaik

thats what i have in my track car and i do some sneaky local milage on it and it seems ok

a small case diff in a 328i is not a hard job atall ,
you need to get the half shafts and back section of the prop with your small case lsd tho

it only amounts to two extra bolts to chane from medium to small case lsd as you have to undo all the half shaft to diff bolts anyway
