    Default What diff for 328i e36?

    What diff is a direct swap thatl give me more go low down?

    I heard auto 325? is it a direct swap?

    correct me if im wrong but a 320 diesel diff be shorter ratio from searching forums ages ago?

    This guy has plenty lads! As i said to pete last night, Famous Jh had a 4.44 in his 28 and she was a weapon! I have a 4.1 in my m3 and it also makes it quite awesome

    I cant remember what comes from what, but a 3.9 or a 4.1 would be nice.

    I had a 4.4 in my 328 road car an was good for 4th skids

    would a small case one suit a 3.0 m3 . complete noob to bmws so trying to source a good diff has a medium case 3.64 at the min

    ye was sorta thinkn that thanks . texted about a 4.4 from that number chuckie does 400 not seem sort of steep for a 4.4 maybe im wrong?

    Got mine off american ebay, out of a e30 325i auto for 180euro delivered.

    Is a 188mm 4.10 CWP (medium case) same as your after pete.

    Cheers lads. I think what im going to do first is to weld the one thats in it once the clutch is done and see what its like. then search for the right one. Dont want something that will be screaming when im on the motorway!
