What happened it man ? pain in the hole

Suspected oil starvation Adjusted the suspension and went for some 'hot laps' so she was pulling some pretty serious g's through the bendy bits... Little did I know that the rocker gasket had spring a leak and emptied a litre or two of the oil out.

A few laps in she just gave in

Was very unfortunate and I'm gutted I didn't realise it sooner but onwards and upwards as they say..

Thats a shit one man all to common a problem with the rb26. you probably know this already but when you rebuild look in to getting a external head drain and a extended sump that should give you a bit of extra security against it happening again

Thats it man , buddy of mine has done a couple rebuilds on his if you want i'll pass on his number . He might be able to advise you on prices etc
