Well, I said id get sensible and buy a diesel or fwd. Went to look a few tdi golfs and ended up buying a gti

Soooooo, had that a month and got terribly bored! Back to rwd it was.

Had a look on donedeal for the last couple of weeks, feckin nothing around.

So today me and gem went looking at a couple yokes, ended up buying this!

328 thats down as a 2 liter on the book, so cheaper tax/insurance!

has 325 inlet mani and has been chipped and is apparently 214bhp. But sure could be waffle! probably is.

has coilovers, basic ones, but sure be grand!

Got it at alrite money as it needs a flywheel/clutch and other bits. the dual mass one in it is vibrating and gem reckons it wont take any abuse!

going to get it tracked, get the flywheel/clutch, cut out a box or two from the exhaust, change starter motor as its fecked, and then just rape it! might do a few visual bits.

Anyways, fun times ahead hopefully!

i know the car, mate used to own it bout 2 years back, and we had it on martin traceys rollers at 216brake have a print out somewhere , go with single mas m20 fly+clutch= better rev and cheaper as well
