The start of the roll cage, its a safety device multi point weld in cage

    The main hoop

Had to cut two small holes in the rear floor to drop the cage through to weld the top of it

    Door bars

    Onto the strut tower

    Roof diagonal

Made a start on the rear section

Made up some gussets to tie the cage to the front pillars and the b-pillars

More gussets, these are to strengthen up the 4 link boxes and to support the floor

    End of the exhaust tunnel

    New sill on

Thats pretty much it for now, progress will be slow for the next while,as i've got some other projects to finish off,but plan to get back at it properly early in the new year

Was hoping the picture would just keep comming. The fabrication work is top notch. I was expecting to see press brakes and trumph machines for the panel work, very suprised to see the hand made bending tool. Great work. Just shows what can be done when you have talent on your side

Yes it will be rhd,the exhaust will be heat wrapped or ceramic coated and is over an inch away from the tunnel at any point, under the tunnel will also have a thermal barrier so heat won't be a problem
