    Default s15 steering problem

i had a leaking rack for a long time. i finaly replaced it last night. the steering rack started whining a while ago atleast i tought it was the rack. it started whining after i drove it for a good bit today only when i went around a round. the noise only happins when turnin right. and the noise is from the left had side. is it the power steering pump is nackerd from the rack leaking?the flued was never low on so it never dryed up completly. anyone ever have this problem?
