My Booter Project

Picked this up a while ago and been slowly tipping away at it,
Plans are to get it on the road but will see what happens!
Anyways heres more or less how i got it,

Main thing that got me intrested in the car was

Was fully stripped with a cage, so pulled the cage out until i get plates made for it,

Then refitted most of the interoir and a recaro i had about


Got a wind to sand the whole car down for paint from somewhere so started at that.



Going to get a new pass door and new wings so stoped there,
Picked up a polybush kit at japfest so started at that next,
Most bushing in it had seen there day so was well needed







Picked up some P1s with horrific tyre sizes that wont be staying long!

Fitted them a day before mondello and realised that they foued on the shocks (gay offsets) so had had to sort out spacers last minute, got some new ones off seamie tc in the end anyway headed out to mondello

Had a blast of a half day ha, hydro stopped working after the first corner which was annoying but was happy with how the day went was my frst time driving the cam and my first time drifting.

Hydro stopped working second lap which was annoying but had a good day

Floor also started melting which may be an issue

Not much done since Mondello tided up more interior bits,
Remounted the standard handbreak and got the cables sorted,

Anyways have nt updated this in a while but here goes,
Right well now i wont be able to update what i wanted but ill do what i have done.

Next thing i went about addressing was sound deadening,





Rubbed it all down after the threw back in the interior,
Got bored one day and started to play around with arch ideas




After that just went and ordered standard fiberglass arches (supposedly new) when they arrived tho well.....







You get the idea. Was annoying as they were two weeks late on arrival anyway so I got set back further again, anyways I'm told i m getting a refund so all is well,
Anyways while the fenders were off got to work cleaning up the front of the car as it was looking old and tired,
Got some nice and clean bumper brackets off sandy on here as I was missing one anyway


ReMounted the oil cooler too, while i was at the took the headlights off and cleaned them up as they were showing there age,







Then started getting it all back together,



Put on the wings to get the front end finished

Waxoiled the front archs



Got some plates made up for the cage and remounted it,



Picked up these off james on here, Save me annoying Mark to Convert mine


Waiting on some dampers to come from mcn now and ill clean them up and get them back into the car, then hopefully see what happens for the nct lolers

ALso tried out the colour I'm going to go with until i can afford to get the car proper sprayed looks a bit like,


Its Matte as, and as dark as i would like so i m happy enough for now,

Styling wise i ve to get front fenders that arent discracefully bad now and I've to get an uncut front bumper and and early spec lip, Oh and badly need some fogs!
