what size is the fuel line from fuel filter to inlet?

As above.. always have had problems with this leaking and being a general cunt so want to get the proper hose for it and fix it proper so anyone know 100% the correct size.

1/4" imperial, or 6mm metric.
and should be a right cunt to remove once on.if you can get it back off without a hell of a struggle,its too big
