when turning it on if you hold down the power button does a menu com up or does it just load away into phone mode?
if ya can get into the boot loader ya can lift the simlock and open i to any network

Dont have a clue man i dont lik unlocking phones so wont b doing it ita up to who ever buys it to do it if they wish so
