    I also fitted a set of spacers to level off the steering rack and get rid of the bump steer. Sterring feels lighte but shes in bad need of tracking ha

    did u cut the hubs that u put those spacers on the rack or just rack spacers?

    Im not sure what you mean man. The rack spacers are designed to raise the rack to reduce the angle between the rack and track rod ends. It reduces bump steer and gives lighter steering

    so i fixed the gearbox. well i got another one :P

    mocked up a roof spoiler, hoping to make one like it ths is a mates one






    then put the engine back in and went out with some mates




    very few issues with her now, all tracked lovely just need to even out the ride height and camber.

    oh ya and then i need a new turbo haha

    Not really anymore dude. I was gonna drop a forged 1.8 in her but any spot of wet and it wont grip on this power. So ill raise the boost on this engine and be happy until it pops haha. Mynturbo shit itself last night so i need another!

    Forged 1.8 with a six speed box and diff would sit at 350bhp fairly comfortably but as you say it would make it pretty undriveable! What turbo are you running? what did it set you back for the manifold and downpipe?

    ya, maybe in the future i will but i doubt it. who knows haha...

    cant remember exactly, but after tax and postage etc id say 800 ish.
