Starting this again couldnt get pics to upload on the last attempt!!
Bought this silvia back in october 2011 private sale and wasnt sure what the plan was, knew i wanted a ps for a long time, 92 regd ps13, 75klms, nct'd , sr20de and drove home without a rattle
Parked it in the shed straight away and it remained there for about 5 months and the build began.
First thoughts were to keep it sr and fit a turbo engine, general restoation, respray etc, then changed my mind and wanted to go RB25, finally i saw sense and decided to go all out and do a 1jz conversion, first thing i required was a donor car.
Here it is, luckily ran n to a JZZ30 manual soarer.
And this under the bonnet with an R-154 box
yes it is a single turbo conversion also.
With the two cars in the shed i began ripping both engines out and when this was done the silvia was in for a major stripping.
1JZ engine coming out.
Bought a few bits and pieces in between this work being done

Meanwhile was very busy working on the silvia, stripping out the engine bay of every nut and screw for a fresh coat of paint, removed the battery tray from the bay, under sealed the underbody, sand blasted my subframes and had them painted, fitted the poly bushes, arms, 2way etc .
Also i striped down the engine and with high temp resistant paint done the block and steam cleaned the head etc etc.. a new t/b kit nd water pump, 6 iridium plugs and filters were purchased aswell. went a bit mad and kinda polished the gearbox![]()
After paint, i assembled every thing from the petrol tank forward, fitted a full s14a subframe/ w bones/ rack/ new ends/ 5 stud hubs s14 also and skyline gtst spec2 brakes all round, using the R33 rear hubs (small bit of messing with the Hi-Cas but sorted this with a press) fitted the coilovers, bleed the brakes and it was rolling again and ready for the off to be 1j'd..!!
Got a brand new FMIC, alloy rad and full stainless exh system in to the mix!
