Prodrift media form. (round 2)

Just looking at the rules and regs of the media and the form you have to fill in

does anyone know if i have to fill this in / post it before going to the event or turn up on the day with this filled in?

also they want a cd/ file of said pics after the event that the photographer has taken, do they want full size or just internet size?

It needs to be filled in and sent off before hand afaik. I'd say most people have theirs well in by now, I filled mine in about two weeks ago.
Not sure about the pic size, I'm sure that can be sorted during the briefing.

Just print it off, fill it out , scan it back on and email it to them

Thanks Kelly/ Marty. Yea Im a last minute guy ESP the amount of things I do up north some times I don't know what I'm at untill the week before u know.

Well I'll get this filled in and sent off tonight and see what way it goes.
