    Make sure you have the exhaust ports blocked up so swarf from the drilling doesn't end up inside the cylinders.

    same thing happened me before was the end one furthest back an easy outs wouldn get it so ended up havin to take the head off an get it drilled out in engineer shop an hellicoil put in.

    this is the same one that snapped on mine , we were going to take the head out but ended up welding another bolt onto the cracked one , dont know how long that will last but its worth a shot before we take off the head

    it was the same one for me and i had the lad drill it out and fit the hellicoil never had to take head of
