Naa not a package, all bought from different suppliers, the turbo is a GT35, just Chinese spec but will do the job for me at 1bar.

Need to pull my finger out and get it all fitted up now!

Things are starting to shape up, slightly slower than I would have liked but the new job is fairly time demanding.

A quick throw together on the car:

Cut and modified the manifold to allow it to fit the huge waste gate in the tight engine bay, Big thanks to Alan Jones (Yogi) for doing some fantastic Tig welding on it, anyone needs anything specialized done he really is the guy to see.

    Cut and marked:

Tig welded and braced by Alan:

Finally got the OEM Clutch Cylinder back in, the Vectra one was fucking shit.

Upon testing out the Oil feed and return lines with the turbo bolted up I ran into a slight problem, the rubber line for the return would need to pass right through the middle of the manifold which would be useless as the heat would melt it in no time - I decided to whip the welder out and do a little bit of DIY, it was my first time using the welder as it was something I always got others to do and now I am addicted lol

Used an old jack handle, cut it to size and welded/grinded a lip onto each side to allow the rubber pipe to be secured over it making the joint.

Pretty much just left with the exhaust to do now, once I get a bit more gas for my welder I am going to give it a try myself.

    S15 OEM Spoiler arrived.

Also selling my GTC's if anyone is interested? Looking to go for something with slightly more + Offset so my car will handle slightly decent lol

Will be trying to push on and get this into paint before the end of the month, fingers crossed.

Thanks mate, think I am going to try and get a set of 18x10 Gramlight 57s Pros, but would go back to Meisters if the right set came up, the GTC's are just too wide for the back and need too much camber, I also dont want to overfender.

Over the past few weeks I have been working like mad trying to make some decent progress.

Made up my own downpipe/exhaust system, welds are a bit rough and ready but seem to hold just fine.

Straight through, no back box, no silencers.

Had to modify the Vband connection on the turbo to fit right, the jack bar came in handy for a nice round end.

My interior stuff finally arrived, Kevlar backed Brides etc.

Got the insides of the bonnet, boot and boot floor painted. (Door shuts etc still to be done) The colour is EXTREMELY hard to photograph to make it look right, its actually properly Teal.

and last but not least I eventually started it with the new top mount setup, new IACV too which means it finally revs correctly.

Here is a link to the video, had to turn it off as the oil was started to seep out of the feed (Turned out to not be tightened fully)

Have to tidy up a few silly things and fix a couple of silly oil leaks, needs a pulley on the front as it creaks a little, but other than that she is ready to get mapped.

    More updates soon.

Bit the bullet and painted the GTC's at long last, look 10x better now

Managed to get a few new parts too, have a KAAZ 2-way diff waiting to go in and a new 17" slim line fan.
