    Thanks for the advice lads. I Just went through the exhaust system and i found a blow after the cat joint and another where the rear hanger for the exhaust somehow separated from the system so i'm going to get them welded up.
    Could the lambda sensor cause that aswel? Eventhough the lambda reading is .98 within the range?

    it could cause it because the co is partialy burnt fuel so a high co reading would indicate a rich mixture to me but ive had this problem before and changed the lambda sensor and air filter and gave it a good hard drive before the nct to get the cat hot and it passed

    No you would not!!! Small leak will only show on high idle and lambda reading will be fine !!

    My lambda was off, nothing else out in test. And it was a leak.

    yes u would if it was b4 the lambda as if its after it it cant pickit up.

    if there was a leak after the lambda sensor you would get a lean lambda reading

    Your contradicting yourself, if you had a leak after the lambda sensor would that cause it to get rich CO readings?
