I am looking for a cheap S15 Spec S for a project.
Tax and Test is not an issue.
Preferably after one which is bone stock however might pay a little extra if it has coilovers or wheels.
Cheap is the main factor here.

Aye, I was going to buy a nice daily Lexus IS200, but I would much prefer an S15 project.
