Block it off and switch to the s14 set up

The worst part of a straight cam sr is that poxy pipe, makes everything to do with changing turbo or removing the mani a ballache..

If you follow where that line goes from the banjo at the turbo back behind the block you'll see where it joins a rubber peice, its awkward to get at but if you split the metal feed there and block up the rubber section thats that bit done..

Get yourself a top rad hose water housing off a S14 engine like below, i switched to this way of doing things and the hardship it will save for such a simple job...

The pic is s14 housing on my engine, when you block that other pipe behind the head this will be your new feed to the turbo.

Ah I get ya, that's quite crafty. Is it a banjo type bolt that goes into the s14 water housing? This looks like a good way to do it in future but it won't get me out of where I'm at. The hard pipe it's self is leaking iv already removed that rubber section where you said to block off as I'm using braided lines and my water feed line hooks up to the hard pipe just before that little rubber section. And yes what a bollox of a job that was to get the rubber hoses off the hard pipes back there, took forever and my knuckles are still in bits after it so to never have to go back in there would be ideal, but next time I'll be droping the box to do it, way easier that way. Cheers for the help, much appreciated.
