All the above points about the wetting of the track and the tyre bales were brought up in a briefing before and they said if you dont like it you can leave. thats how much mondello care about drifting

Wetting the track is essential and it's Ireland so it's nearly always wet anyway. The hay bales are a bit head wrecking alright. As is the diffing competition lads have after they spin in front of you. Stay where the fuck you are until the following cars have passed, and even then drive off normally, don;t try drift off.

i know what your saying. i'm gona do it because i haven't been out in ages and i don't think my car would pass scrutineering for driftfest. i must find out and get it up to spec

Yeah its a waste of money Joey, I mean driftfest & superdrift seem to be way better conditions and more seat time for the same money.

What was their response to the Tyre bales situation???

I'm only a learner too but there are def a lot of brain dead people out there, even if it was registered PD & drift fest competitors in one group and then the rest in the other.

Would agree with kyle, I'v no intention of being competitive so would have no problem being split into groups, what way do they run the grip days, is it still grouped A,B,C . Don't see a problem with doing that

Hi lads I was looking on the track and i think that If they let us driving revers way on the track would be way better for the drifting cos most of time we would be come in from faster corners to slower ones if u know what i mean
Tell me what ya think and is it possible to ask them to let us drive oposit way than we normally do???

that was done before they want everyone to line up out on track and go in pairs. it caused a huge row in briefing and everyone had to threaten to go get there money back before they would change the layout back. its a good idea apart from the fact that they wont let ya do laps in reverse you'd have to que up and that means less track time.

As far as i know its 26/08 next practise day from 10-13 half day my new turbo is fited need just the oil and to roll arches and i will not miss it this time !!!!
