wider rear quaters/over fender question.....

rite ive read loads for threads over the last week of so looking for info on this but i want some 1 to see if i do it rite ..

i putting wider quaters on the car and well heres my question ..

mark out quater panel

cut gently off the outer skin

remover outer skin

slice into inner skin

fold up

seem weld
fill
sand

prime / paint / under seal or what ever ...

am i doing it rite if i do it this way ??

just cut off about 2" off the outter skin thats all that you will need to cut out it gives plenty of clearance at that
