    Wink N1 drift series round 2. 9/4/12

On Easter Monday northwestfest and myself will be holding a drift
competition held at Eglington. Drifting will start with everyone getting
A practice run around the track then there will be qualifying.
No drivers will be eliminated at qualifying stage it's only being used
So we can seed the drivers. Because of the layout of the track it provides
A level playing field for the cars where huge horsepower cars can't get
Pulling away from the average drift cars which we feel will make for some
Great drift battles. And will showcase the driving talents possessed by drivers and will provide a few shock wins .As spectators will be walking about on this occasion the practice track will not be available for use on the day as a track but will be used as the pits
We also would like to invite all road going drift cars eg.all rwd cars for the first meeting of the drift car owners club . If this club meeting is successful the
Price of practice days at tracks could be reduced by half for everyone . There will be no charge to show your rwd on the day and there will be a prize
For the best drift car on show
    Entry costs : drift £25
    Spectators £10
    Under 12's

Or see northwestfest Facebook page for further details

This event is now ROUND 2 Of the n1 drift series
    In association with aghadowey
We hope to provide 2 venues relatively close to
Each other so lads can advance their drift skills
With 2 completely different track layouts . Because
The majority of drift cars are now on restricted budgets
We are using the drift series to showcase the talents of the
Drivers more so than the cars . Drifting is not a top
Motorsport as yet and sadly we must give way to other forms
Of motorsport that take place at the venues which is why it's so
Difficult to set out a list of dates for the year. This is why all new
Ideas that Help the sport grow need to be well supported or we end up
    With nothing again

It's like a big R figure we used it at the last practice day
And it works really well. Will put up a drawing soon as a know
If the widening work will be completed before or after Easter cause
    Layout could change
