    Default 20v Diahatsu charmant

This is my first project thread just said i start it for the craic,im not a great one for the photographs tho so bear with me. I picked this up from my local charmant dealer (flo) thanks for the storage dude. Bit of an impulse buy at the time. Shes 1984 currently on uk plates, powered by a 4a on r1 carbs, has a T50 box,has some type of coilovers, drilled discs, random steering wheel, horrible front seats from a clio or so such crap,a shit strut brace and an earthing kit!!

Thats a pic with my uk ae86 which im driving on a daily basis in this shite weather. Its in fairly good shape on the whole, bottoms of doors are a bit scabby, got a little bit of welding in the back tubs and has a few marks here and there. i was actually suprised how good it is and looks a1 in person. I wasnt too sure what i was gonna do with this but i seen this come up for sale and ive taken the plunge. 20v FTW

Got nearly everything needed for the conversion, axle with 4.7 and trd 2 way, tank, lines, loom, ecu etc, etc. On the look out for an irish logbook and a stainless steel jap exhaust from the manifold back.
    Wish me luck:dft009:

have the full wiring loom from the donor ae86 just left into for now till shes running but having trouble getting spark so thats to be tackled on sunday all going well. have a fixed back seat, 4 point harness and a new steering wheel to go in also. dying to get this on track

cheers guys, done some more with this and its at my house now so hopefully wont take too much longer (famous last words) interior is stripped out, fuel lines sorted, rebuilt my front brakes, sorted some earths, spent more time trying to figure out the wiring and put some petrol in it but still no spark
