Boredom is a killer

iv been on the lookout for a S body shell for a while. I was looking at a few different cars and i originally wanted another 180sx as i still had most of the bits left over from my PS13 and 180sx. In the end I bought jimjim's s14 that he had up for sale, I knew it was a clean shell as i sold it to him a few months ago.

I can tie this in with college course

The project needs to be based around something car related so this will suit me nicely

and will give me the incentive to actually finish it

At the moment the car is looking something like this

Its on standard shocks with Tein lowering springs, 5 stud hubs all round, 4 pot calipers up front and single pot at the back.

Im going to be using a SR20DET non VVT engine with a T25 turbo but im on the lookout for a T28BB

Its being built as a track car because i gutted the car when i broke it and it was going to be too much hassle to fit all the interior trim back into the car.

No real progress on it as of yet cos im in the middle of moving house but hopefully there'll be some decient updates when i get the car to the garage.

Its only my 3rd shell, the only one i didnt finish was the ps13

I think your course is a bit more hands on than this one, but its cool you could work on a car you enjoyed

To be honest the course has changed since I done it, but it seems to be much better now. Send MartyMoore a pm, he's doing this course too, he'll prob be able to tell ya more about it.
