2000 Honda Accord Type R - £2,000STG

Selling my Accord Type R as it's not really what I require at the moment. I love it, but it has to go unfortunately.
Cheaper insurance on these compared to any other Type R model, and its probably the fastest of the lot. Cash only at this price.

Doing around 35-40mpg at the minute, with mixed driving. Easy to run, with bags of performance when needed.

Usual Type R specification including Recaro Interior, 17" wheels, Limited Slip Diff, Momo Steering wheel, 212bhp 2.2 DOHC VTEC H22A engine

The only modifications are an induction kit, apex lowering springs and an Alpine CD/MP3 player.

Recently fitted new parts include:
New Clutch
New Clutch Slave Cylinder
New Battery
New rear drop link
New timing belt kit

I was told by the previous owner that the gearbox was reconditioned at ~90k miles, however there is no paper work to prove this. A quick drive will dispel any doubt as there are no crunches and 5th and reverse are easily engaged (the problem area on these boxes)

As with any 11 year old car, it's got it's bad points.
There is some minor surface rust appearing on the OSF door, along the bottom, it is minor and an easy fix, but it's never really annoyed me that much, as you can see from the pics, it's barely noticable! There are a couple of other age related marks on the body also, but nothing major that detracts from the overall look of the car.

Worth noting that the wheels have been sprayed black by an amateur, and so the paint is flaking slightly in places. Also, barely noticeable, but worth mentioning I think.

Engine pulls like a train, gear changes are 100%, clutch is smooth and light, pretty epic daily really
