Cusco toe arm inserts

Looking for the inserts cable tied to the arms in the pic above. Have a set but am missing the inserts.

I've got them made before but just said I'd check here first.

is it for an s13 or 14 you need them for i have a set here out of an s13 14 ones are bigger
