Heres the story..

youv got tracks and youv got cars and a physics engine like real life so go do what you would do with your real car..

As for competition drifting, there is no tournemants as part of the games SEASON PLAY however if you press LEFT on the D-PAD during the game a drift point accumulator will come on and you pooints will tally up as you slide.

While on LIVE you can choose the category of game you wish to play simply to section the people who want to DRIFT from the people who want to GRIP or DRAG etc.. This option comes up everytime you wish to find a game online. Winner of drift game is decided by the person with most points or longest continueous drift
