Buy a typical rwd car for drifting add 2 way diff full coilovers rear ARB and start out with only a small amount of power like in an cam say 180bhp or s body 300bhp minimum parts..
Sport tyres
Go into tune drop it, apply some negative camber to suit your style then some toe out on the front stiffen it to ho you like and your away.
