When your on xbox live you can buy stickers like reg plates. I guess then you can put digits on top maybe? Or make them from scratch. I have had plates on a couple of cars but just blank square plates.
And yea you need to get on live for some less expensive skids ha

You have to pay, its only 400 points for the new cars. Thats less than a fiver in xtra vision.

No not at all. Although on live you can buy ready made graphics like i did up an rx7 I just bought the D1 Apexi graphics all done and put them on. And you can buy logos n stuff but there is nothing to stop you paining and doing the graphics yourself

yeah u can paint. but better off getting live and getting on the storefront and buy decals and vinyl groups etc......
