is an r32 gtst catalytic converter (cat) the same as an s14 any help much appreciated !!!

Yes it is all cats and de cats are the same for all s-bodys and r32 and r33s. Not sure about r34s.

not exempt but its easier to pass,rob on here passed with a decat a while back

mine a 91, str8 thru from the turbo and she passed wit flying colours

1.1% to be exact...any thing pre 93 the carbon level is 3.5%
