would you take 200 just for the engine and ancillaries?
no inlet or exhaust manifolds or loom or ecu.
ive seen manual conversions with everything for 400,so i think thats not a bad offer

Will need E36 engine mounts, sump, E36 M52 engine loom, ECU and EWS (although you could just get the E39 one flashed and re-mapped)
Also need E36 328 rad, power-steering lines and few more bits so it would want to be a minter of a 528 engine to be worth the hassle over just getting a manual 328

you 318iS gearbox will do if you are stuck though. 318 clutch wouldn't last too long however

its going into an e36.rad+powersteering lines wouldnt be an issue really.

need an E35 6 cylinder sump.

auto ECU will do if you plan on remapping it to get the most out of the M50 inlet and bits.

M3 rad will work but need an expansion bottle and re-route the hoses a little bit.
